Method-1: Print all responses directly
In this section, I am going to tell you how you can print all the responses directly to your computer in the PDF format from the Response tab of the form. For that, Follow the steps mentioned below.
Step-1: Open the form
First, Click here to open the Google Forms. And, Then open the form which responses you want to print.
Step-2: Navigate to the Response tab
In this step, You have to navigate to the Responses tab. Moreover, This tab contains all the responses collected by your Google Form. Furthermore, See the following image to locate the responses tab.

Step-3: Print all responses
In this step, You are going to print all responses directly. For that, Click on the 'More' button (A 3 vertical dots). Furthermore, see the following image to locate the 'More' button.

Then after, click on the 'Print all responses'. Also, see the following image to locate this option. Moreover, This will display all the individual responses in a new tab of browser from where you can print it to PDF or directly on the physical paper.

So, that's all for printing all the responses directly to PDF. Next, read the second method which allows you to print all the records in a sheet. Because The second method allows you to print records in the most optimistic way contrary to method-1. Because, By using method-1, You can only see one response at a time.
Method-2: Use Google Sheets to print Google Form responses
In this section, I am going to discuss the second method in which you can print all responses into PDF using Google Sheets. Furthermore, This method is very easy to perform because you don't have to manually paste the data into Google Sheet. So, read the below steps. Also, As a result of this method, You will be able to see multi-responses at a time.
Step-1: Open the form
First, Click here to open the Google Forms. And, Then open the form which responses you want to print.
Step-2: Navigate to the Response tab
In this step, You have to navigate to the Responses tab. Moreover, This tab contains all the responses collected by your Google Form. Furthermore, See the following image to locate the responses tab.

Step-3: Click on the Google Sheets icon
In this step, Click on the Google Sheets icon. Moreover, See the below image to locate that icon. Furthermore, When you click on that icon, Google Form will prompt you to choose the spreadsheet if you have not created any to collect the response for that particular form else You will be redirected to the Google Sheets with all the responses that your form has collected.

Step-4: Download the Google Sheet as a PDF
In this step, you are going to download the sheet that has all responses. For that, Select File -> Download -> PDF Document (.pdf). Notwithstanding Google sheets also allows you to download it in other formats listed below.
- Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
- OpenDocument Format (.ods)
- Web page (.html)
- Comma-separated values (.csv)
- Tab-separated values (.tsv)
